Bahar Ghaffari is managing director, head of EMEA and APAC sales at SS&C Eze. She is responsible for leading all Eze product sales efforts in the regions as well as collaborating with other SS&C teams in cross-business-unit sales. Bahar has more than 22 years of experience in her field. She has spent time in sales roles across electronic and program trading within the equities divisions of several sell-side firms, including Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers, and Nomura. She also worked at ITG as head of sales for APAC for their TCA product, ran a global business at Macquarie driving the firm’s execution consulting and regulatory change (MiFID II) programs, and, on the buy-side, oversaw Artemis’s trading desk. Prior to joining Eze, Bahar worked at CME. Bahar holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a focus in Medical Sciences from UCL and a Master of Science in Clinical Immunology & Neuroscience. She is currently in the process of completing a second Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Glasgow.
