SS&C Eze Cheers for Peers: Recognizing & Celebrating Success

At SS&C Eze, we believe taking the time to recognize and celebrate hard work is essential to the continued success of our employees, our company, and our clients. Whether through company-run events like our annual holiday and summer parties, celebrations hosted by SS&C Eze committees or Employee Resource Groups, team lunches, or Friday beer hours, we are always instituting new ways to empower our employees to appreciate a job well done and have some well-deserved fun.

With more than 1,000 employees powering our success, we understand the importance of individual and collective recognition. Employees have always received regular feedback and recognition from managers. However, we recently introduced a new peer recognition program entitled Cheers for Peers in which employees can give a shout out, say congrats on a job well done, or nominate a colleague or team for an award.

The program was implemented at the start of Q2 and was a resounding success with hundreds of Cheers submitted throughout the quarter and a great number of award nominations. With so many submissions and so many deserving candidates, selecting our winners was a difficult task for the SS&C Eze Management Committee. Ultimately, our Cheers for Peers Quarterly Award winners were individuals who truly embody the SS&C Eze spirit of innovation, collaboration, and influence.

Congratulations to our first group of Cheers for Peers Quarterly Award winners:

  • Leadership Award - Eric Gisness
  • Unsung Hero - Marcus Dormevil
  • Crushing it! - Neelima Kunapareddy
  • Innovation Award - Sheeraz Ansari
  • Team of the Quarter - Global EUC Team

Since the start of May, there have already been almost 400 Cheers submitted, and we look forward to sharing our next round of Cheers for Peers Quarterly Award winners at the start of Q4!
