As the chief operating officer at SS&C Eze, Mike is responsible for all products and services across SS&C Eze as well as SS&C’s Financial Markets Group. Mike oversees client service, including the client solutions, engagement, and success teams responsible for supporting clients with training and consultation as they install, use, and upgrade Eze. In addition, he oversees Eze's R&D function, which defines and delivers on the company’s product vision and strategy. His team of financial industry experts is responsible for delivering continuous improvement of mission-critical software and processes for our clients. Mike also serves as an active member on the board of directors for Eze Software India Private Limited. Prior to joining Eze in 2016, Mike was vice president at Capgemini, a global professional services firm, where he oversaw global teams focused on technology-enabled change initiatives. These large-scale process and technology programs tackled core functions at Global 2000 companies looking for revenue-generating or cost-saving changes to core processes. Before Capgemini, Mike worked at several other global consultancies including IBM, Hitachi, and Ernst & Young. He holds a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from The Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
