Pete Sinisgalli, Chief Executive Officer
Pete joined Eze Software as CEO in 2014 after having served as a director of Manhattan Associates since March 2004. Pete was Manhattan Associates’ president and CEO from 2004 through 2012. Before joining Manhattan Associates, he spent a year at NewRoads, Inc., a privately held third-party fulfillment provider, where he held the position of president and chief executive officer. Prior to that, Pete spent six years at CheckFree Corporation, a Nasdaq-listed global leader in outsourced electronic processing services. His last position at CheckFree was president and COO. Pete spent 14 years at The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation where his last position was executive vice president and chief financial officer for Dun & Bradstreet Software. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and an MBA, both from Cornell University. Pete is also a director of Agilysys (NASDAQ – AGYS).
Jeffrey Shoreman, Co-President
Jeff manages day-to-day corporate operations for all business units and oversees development of the Eze OMS business.
Jeff has been with Eze Castle Software for more than 15 years. He most recently served as COO from 2005 until 2012 and has held a number of leadership positions including CTO and head of west coast operations. Jeff also served as executive managing director on the ConvergEx Group Executive Committee from 2006 until the formation of Eze Software Group in 2013. Prior to joining the company, Jeff worked for Andersen Consulting in their technology practice. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College, where he received a bachelor’s degree in engineering and history.
David Quinlan, Co-President and Head of Strategy
David manages day-to-day corporate operations for all business units and is also responsible for managing and developing the Eze OMS business and its employees alongside fellow Co-President Jeff Shoreman. As head of strategy he also helps to oversee Eze Software’s corporate development efforts.
David joined Eze Castle Software in 1999. He served as executive managing director on the ConvergEx Group Executive Committee from 2006 until the creation of Eze Software Group in 2013 and was head of strategy and marketing for ConvergEx. David is a former trader and spent 12 years at Bridge Information Systems in various management positions, including senior vice president of transaction services. He is a member of the board of directors at Code Red Inc. and Riley Technologies. David holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Providence College. He is Series 7, 8, and 24 registered.
Andrew Borggaard, Chief Operating Officer
Andy oversees a number of shared service and administrative functions for Eze Software Group including legal, human resources, and corporate administration for the entire company. He also helps to oversee the firm’s corporate development efforts and serves as the chairman of the company’s capital committee.
Since joining Eze Castle Software in 2005, Andy has served in a number of roles, most recently as chief administrative officer for ConvergEx. Before joining the company, Andy also served as deputy general counsel for Genuity, Inc., and prior to this position served as an associate with the law firm of Ropes & Gray. He has also worked as a CPA and tax manager at Coopers & Lybrand. He graduated from Northeastern University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and received his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.
P. Cameron Hyzer, CFA, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer
Cameron oversees all financial operations and planning for Eze Software Group.
Cameron joined Eze Castle Software in 2005 as VP of finance and CFO. From 2007 until the creation of Eze Software Group in 2013 he served as controller & treasurer of ConvergEx, responsible for accounting, tax, and treasury functions across ConvergEx. Cameron previously held finance roles at various technology companies, including CFO of Benchmarking Partners, Interim CFO of Cramer Systems, and acting VP of finance at Thomson Financial. Cameron also worked as an investment banker at Broadview International (now part of Jefferies) and as a private equity investor at Broadview Capital Partners. He attended the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Wharton School and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Chad Yohn, General Counsel and Secretary
Chad is responsible for Eze Software Group’s global legal and compliance matters and serves as corporate secretary.
Prior to the formation of Eze Software Group, Chad was an associate general counsel for ConvergEx with responsibility for the investment technologies segment, among other areas. In this role he has worked closely with Eze Castle Software since the launch of ConvergEx in 2006, and with RealTick since it was acquired by ConvergEx in 2010. Chad joined ConvergEx as part of the formation team from The Bank of New York. Previously, he worked as an associate at the law firms of Shearman & Sterling and Fish & Neave. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Daniel Rooney, President of the RealTick EMS Business
Dan is responsible for managing and developing Eze Software Group’s RealTick EMS business.
Dan has more than 25 years of industry experience. He joined RealTick in 2011 as president of business development, and was promoted to CEO of RealTick in 2012. Before joining the company Dan was managing director of sales and business development for LiquidPoint. He has held leadership positions in business development, sales, and service at Reuters America and the Chicago Board of Trade. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Marquette University.
Gerry Gualtieri, Executive Managing Director for EMEA and President of Tradar PMS Business
Gerry is responsible for managing and developing Eze Software Group's Tradar PMS business and oversees the development of Eze Software Group's EMEA region.
Gerry has over 25 years of industry experience. He joined Tradar in 2009 as chief executive officer. Prior to joining the Tradar PMS business, Gerry was managing director of global sales at latency management specialist Corvil and served as the chief operating officer at Fidessa LatentZero. Gerry also spent 11 years at Thomson Financial in a number of senior management roles, ending as the commercial director of the company’s investment management group.
